Electronic Arts 發布了 星際大戰：戰場前線 II 的預告片，近五分鐘的影片內容幾乎概述了需要了解的遊戲內容。遊戲 Beta 公測開放日期為 10/6~10/9，而妤9/30前預購的玩家將可提現兩天進行公測。星際大戰：戰場前線 II將於 12/17 在PlayStation 4、Xbox One 及 Windows PC 發行。
