ASUS X99-DELUXE II  主機板功能豐富，規格也完整，加上配件給的很多，可以說買這塊主機板該有的都有了，因此定位為旗艦級產品，不過售價相對較高，為15990元。加入U.2介面，玩家不需要透過轉接卡即可使用，具有LED燈條接頭且PCI卡榫會加入發光，另外音效部分和PCH也會發光，並可以透過AURA軟體控制，另外PCI插槽加入金屬片，強化PCI插槽強度，保護主機板也保護顯示卡。
