Sony PlayStation 4 Pro 將可以播放 4K 影片，最近更新中升級了內建的播放器，讓 PS4 Pro 可播放 MP4 格式的 4K 影片，但目前無法播放 MKV 檔案 QQ。

且無法使用用來裝載 PS4 遊戲的 USB 隨身碟，而這次的更新更提升了 VR 顯示的效果。

For those of you that own PlayStation VR in addition to PS4 Pro, Media Player will also update to support playback of 4K VR video content. PS VR’s display resolution is 1920 X RGB X 1080, so 4K VR videos will be displayed in a higher image quality compared to HD VR videos.
